And some yeast nutrient to keep the fermentation healthy, throw the airlock on and put it away until it finishes fermenting.Work well independently as well as part of a team.Must be able to follow detailed instructions.Liquor/Service industry experience a plus.The company produces the vast majority of all Applejack. 1 year in Beer, Wine or Spirits preferred but not required.
